My name is Matthew McFadden and I am a 21 year old full-stack web developer and software developer based in Lexington, Kentucky. I am also a Senior at the University of Kentucky pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Information Communication Technology.
I am typically pretty busy, but you can usually find me working on Surrealist, completing school assignments, playing video games, or working on any of the numerous projects here on my website.

During my time at SurrealDB, I maintained and updated the Surrealist app, the ultimate SurrealDB IDE.
I created a bill tracker app on top of SurrealDB for my family to use, allowing us to track our bills and expenses.
I am a co-founder of Starlane Studios, a small group of developers working on a variety of passion projects.
I am the founder of Svantle, a small organization that creates various different software projects, including Transago.
I built a social media following of over 200,000 people for Smash Wizards, a custom Minecraft server, creating my own niche in the process.
I worked as an infrastructure engineer on the Rubicon Platform, an advanced server management platform designed for professional Minecraft servers.

I am actively working with the SurrealDB team on Surrealist, the ultimate SurrealDB IDE which allows you to execute queries, design your schemas, manage your cloud instances, and much more.
Professional Building Services
Implemented audit functionality in the company’s internal software which keeps track employees, independent contractors, construction jobs, cash flow, and more.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Communication Technology with a certificate in Artificical Intelligence and a minor in Business.

I completed my high school education at Lexington Catholic High School, where I was able to take a variety of computer science and business courses.
